An LVIM Enrollment Coordinator will contact you via an email support ticket to let you know your application is under review.
Once you receive your support ticket via email, your Enrollment Coordinator will correspond with you via email to alert you of any issues with your applications.
If your application is missing important documentation, has an issue that needs to be addresses, or has been approved or denied, that information will be sent to your email inbox via your dedicated support ticket.
If you do not receive this support ticket email, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If you have not received any emails in 5 business days since completing your application, please contact us one of the following ways:
- Via your support ticket (Recommended)

- Call (863) 688-5846, ext 104 or 105.
