We are seeking a Patient Enrollment Coordinator to:

• Oversee  patient enrollment at LVIM
• Guide and serve as the point person for patient enrollment volunteers
• Manage the LVIM Patient Enrollment Portal
• Coordinate patient recruitment events throughout Polk County
• Ensure enrollment compliance in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements.
