Open Positions:

CLINICAL OPERATIONS OFFICER

Salary Range:  $125,000 – $150,000 + Benefits

Expected Start Date:  Janaury 2027 or before

Position Summary:

This position will be filled by a medical professional (MD/DO, APRN, or PA) licensed in the state of Florida with dispensing privileges.  The candidate must be committed to the preservation of appropriate healthcare for the uninsured population.  Must have a proven track record of established clinical skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an MD/DO, APRN, or PA.  This person must have the ability to work effectively with a team and have excellent communication skills.  The Clinical Operations Officer, under the direction of the Medical Director, has responsibility for the delivery of clinical services provided by a multi-disciplinary team approach, within a clinical setting through the use of both clinical and non-clinical volunteers.  The position requires frequent walking, standing, sitting (position changes) and is subject to frequent interruptions.  EMR proficiency as well as Outlook for email and calendar management is required.  The work schedule includes Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays, with 24-hour call for critical labs.  Saturday clinic hours are mornings only from 8am-12pm, and the clinic closes at 12pm on Fridays.  Occasionally there will be an event or meeting to attend on a scheduled day off.  The Clinical Operations Officer will work collaboratively with the Medical Director, CEO, Clinic Manager, Operations Manager, volunteers, and staff.
