April 2023 Volunteer of the Month

Karen Williams is our Volunteer of the Month for April 2023!

Karen currently serves as a special projects volunteer at LVIM. She creates skills checklists for various clinical positions, and she has also served as a Triage Nurse. She has served at LVIM for over two years and has over 428 volunteer hours!

When asked why she continues to volunteer at LVIM, Karen says that it’s the people- staff, volunteers, and patients. She is impressed with the level of service that LVIM provides and that our healthcare providers have the flexibility to prioritize their time to spend more time with their patients.
