Lakeland Volunteers in Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our team.

This full-time position will provide high-quality primary care to uninsured residents in Polk County, including health assessments, chronic disease management, preventive care, patient education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while helping them achieve healthier lives.

We are looking for a licensed Nurse Practitioner with at least one year of primary care experience who is passionate about providing exceptional, patient-centered care and making a lasting difference in our community.
