LVIM is growing!

Thanks to incredible community support, LVIM will be moving to a new facility in the spring of 2019.  This new facility will provide 50% more clinical space to help meet the growing need to serve Polk County’s working uninsured population.  We hope you’ll check back here for news and updates as our story unfolds.
